GENERAL WORKFLOW:
- Initial Contact with commission enquiry (via DM, Email)
- Discussion of assets, prices, inspiration and expectations and or google form filled out
- Full payment or 50% deposit
- Sketches and inspiration sharing
- Feedback
- Full Payment (if only deposit was paid earlier)
- Work completed and sent via google drive and/or email
- Work posted to social media

GENERAL TOS:
- Please be friendly in communication and understanding of my health and IRL commitments that may occasionally take precedence over design work. I will do the same! I maintain the right to deny or cancel any commission for any reason, this includes if I am busy, uncomfortable with the content requested, or if I think I am not a good fit for the client.
- I usually focus on quality over speed. Be mindful that design and illustration is hard work that takes time, and do not constantly harass me for updates or rush the process.
- References and inspiration are a key part of design. Please provide a clear, concise list of all the assets you want and any references or inspiration that are applicable to your order (eg. character design reference, moodboard, sketches, images of other designs you like, pinterest boards, etc).
- Please be easy to reach and check your messages frequently or have notifications turned on your chosen contact platform (twitter preferred).
- You are, under no circumstances, permitted to use my artwork or designs for AI training or NFTs.PAYMENT:
- Prices are shown in AUD (Australian Dollar) and USD (United States Dollar). Please note that conversion rates from AUD to USD may vary at the time of commission from the USD prices shown. All payment requests will be sent via Paypal or Square in AUD. If these services are not available in your country, payment may be made via Ko-fi or another service upon request. Please make sure to convert prices to your own currency to avoid misunderstandings.
- Prices provided are estimates/averages, and are likely to change depending on complexity, workload, and timeframe, and additional payment may be requested due to revisions, increased workload additional assets decided partway through the commission, etc.
- Payments of 75AUD and above will have additional tax added (approximately 3%) solely to cover paypal transaction fees.
- Following our initial discussion and agreement on design/art expectations, a minimum of 50% of the final price must be paid as a deposit prior to me starting work on your commission. The remaining price must be paid after I have sent my sketches. 100% of payment upfront is preferred.
- Rush fee is sometimes available on polite request and rush price is dependent on the assets being requested.
- If payment is retracted by you during or after completion of your commission, you lose all rights to use the design/art provided in any way, I will blacklist you from working with me again, and I have the rights to resell the assets if applicable, file a complaint on the payment platform, and warn other artists about you.REVISIONS, REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS:
- Any mistakes made on my end (eg, incorrect spelling, something exports incorrectly etc) will be fixed for free. However if this is something that has been sent to you numerous times for feedback that has not been picked up on or brought to my attention until completion, and takes a significant amount of work to rectify, I may request a very small additional payment to rectify the issue.
- I will usually be happy to provide additional file types and make minor adjustments to a design if you contact me months after it has been completed, but please do not expect these to be made for free, and availability will depend on my workload at the time.
- Amounts and timing of revisions vary for different design applications, but as a general rule I allow 2 free major revisions (eg, logo layout change, change emote expression, change chibi pose) in the sketching phase, and 3 free minor revisions following that stage (eg, adding extra stars to a background, changing a hair colour, adding small features like freckles to an illustration, swapping position of text and illustration on a promotional graphic etc). For examples of major vs minor change: Major changes change the entire structure of the piece and require multiple changes to be made to accommodate it. Minor changes are simple additions, slight layout changes, or small details do not alter the overall composition. Any major changes after the sketching phase that were not errors on my end will require additional payment.
- If I need to cancel a commission due to any circumstance on my end (health, IRL commitments, unable to complete for any reason) I will send a refund that is appropriate for the stage that the project was at after discussion with the client.
- Free cancellations from the client and full refunds are only permitted before the sketching phase. Following this the cancellation fee will only refund 50% of the price if it is in the sketching/mid phase. No refunds are available once the project is fully underway (artwork being linef, logos or assets being created in illustrator etc) unless discussed otherwise.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE:
- I maintain all rights to usage and credit of my artwork and design. This includes the right to post the finished pieces to social media, my folio/website etc to promote my services.
- The client also has the rights to use the commission for self-promotion on social media (Twitter, Twitch, Youtube, Discord etc) in the applications that have been agreed on. You are NOT allowed to claim the artwork or design as your own creation and must credit me in some manner as the creator.
- Credit is not required every single time you post assets I have made (eg, not required every week for a schedule) but please ensure I am credited somewhere that is easily accessible for your viewers such as a youtube description, credits panel on twitch, twitter bio, or credits website etc.
- If you are planning to reproduce or sell items using any work I create for any sort of monetary gain (including any merchandise), you must let me know, and we can discuss an additional commercial usage/merchandising fee dependent on the scale of the products being produced. Generally a commercial usage fee may be about double the base price of the commission. Emote commissions are a small exception and may be used in a digital context for the client to promote streaming subscription services on platforms like youtube and twitch. If you know in advance that you will be needing additional commercial rights, please let me know on initial contact.
- If you request art of any character that is not your own (eg, fanart), the client agrees to take responsibility for the usage of the commissioned work. As the artist, I am not able to research in depth every single character reference given to me to check company regulations for fanworks and commissions of their IP, so please take that into consideration. As a default I will not allow commercial rights for characters that the commissioner does not have ownership over to avoid any legal issues.
- If agreed upon in advance to starting work on the commission, you may commission another artist to animate my emotes, backgrounds, logos etc. This may require additional payment if I need to export and send my files in a different format or as separate layers for animation. I am not in charge of locating a motion artist for you to commission, but please let me know who you choose so I can check them out!
